You send us a brief. If we can build it, we tell you what the first version covers and what it costs. We then build a working system, host it, and keep an AI assistant — Wildmind — inside it. The steps before your system exists are done by people, by hand.
We do not hold card or bank details, and there is no advertising tracker on our pages.
On our own servers in Germany (EU), with daily backups kept for seven days. When Wildmind answers a question, that question and the related screen data are processed by our AI provider, which may process it in the United States.

The person operating your system can read your Wildmind conversations and notes — that is how your requests turn into changes. Your business records are looked at only when solving a technical problem. We do not sell data and we do not share it beyond the providers above.
Your monthly price is stated before we start. Inside the app you can see what your system is consuming at any time, and set your own spending limit. Optional extras are monthly and can be stopped. If you tip the person operating your system, that amount goes to them; only the international transaction fee (0.2%) is deducted.

Systems we build are early and improve with use. Wildmind warns and suggests, but never acts without your approval, and business decisions remain yours. We keep backups, and we still recommend you keep your own copy of anything critical.
